Shipping

All orders are shipped with tracking. Once your order has been fulfilled and is ready to be picked up by our courier, you will receive an email confirmation along with a tracking number.

We try to only use recycled/repurposed/eco-friendly packaging wherever possible. In some cases, there may be a small amount of bubble wrap used however this is being repurposed. If you would like your order shipped with minimal packaging, please leave a note at the checkout.

Please allow between 2-5 business days for your item to be couriered. All pieces are handmade and in some cases they will be made to order. Please note that we do not process orders and courier over weekends or public holidays.

Delivery may take longer to rural areas or areas outside major cities, or where your item is dutiable (subject to import tax), or is held in customs (where this import tax is collected).

Returns

We have a 30-day return/exchange policy, allowing you 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we'll let you know how and where to send your package. Unless the goods are damaged or defective or not as specified in your order, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods. Note that items returned to us without requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or faulty items

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. I endeavour to provide high quality products but if you encounter a problem please contact us on copperhawkjewellery@gmail.com

Non-returnable items 

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products or items on sale.

Refunds
You will be notified once we have received and inspected your return, and we will let you know if your refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
